Limited Hotel Rooms Available at Discounted Conference Rate
The meeting will be held at the luxurious JW Marriott in downtown Los Angeles from September 9-11, 2019. Unfortunately the block of rooms set aside at the JW Marriott and Sheraton Grand are sold out. We have arranged another block of rooms at the nearby LUXE with a discounted room rate for our attendees of $279/night.
You can also contact the Luxe Hotel Reservations Department at (213) 743-7601 to create reservations from 9AM-4PM PST M-F.
To receive the group rates, the group should identify themselves as part of ITS California.
Please note that deadline for room reservations is August 23, 2019.
Parking and Transportation
The Marriott offers valet parking at $49/day. There is public parking available at LA Live, generally the rate is $28 max per day ($10 for the first two hours and $10 for each additional 1/2 hour for short stays).
For these reasons we strongly encourage all attendees to take advantage of the easy transit access to the hotel. A Metro round trip is $3.50. You can take the Metro Blue or Expo lines to Pico Station, a 2-minute walk from LA Live. From Metro Red or Purple line, exit at 7th St / Metro Center, a 7-minute walk away.
If you need to drive, another hybrid option is to park at LA Union Station, where parking is $8/day, then taking Metro to the hotel as recommended above. Daily parking at Union Station is available at the Patsaouras Plaza / Metro structure at Vignes/Cesar Chavez Avenue for $8/day. (see info page here).
